1) Choose your corporate branding
Adding your branding takes seconds, just tell us what you need. You can specify your corporate colours, two font families for major headings, and body text. Plus background images, front page formatting and many more.
Or you can choose from our 15 ready made stylesheets to see what suits your needs.

2) Select information to display
45+ Invenias fields to choose from to get your ideal client report. Each report is broken down into modules such as:
Shortlist, Longlist, Included, and Discounted; or you can rename them or exclude them as required.
Just select what Invenias fields you want in each module and your stylesheet is set for your dream report.
3) Choose options and sorting
Designed for flexibility, choose if you wish icons in the title bar or not, names with photos or just names, companies or company logos, countries or country flags, LinkedIn as a link to click or click on person image to go to LinkedIn page.
There are two levels of sorting; by candidate company and candidate last name, or whatever you wish. You can also group by any fields, most popular is grouping by companies.

Pick the Invenias assignment you want to report on. To use a different style, just select the appropriate stylesheet from your collection.

Choose the modules you want from Shortlist, Longlist, Included and Discounted.
Then RUN the Report. -
3) Review, Edit and Send
Review and edit your report, easily correcting any spelling mistakes, update incorrect candidate details, or remove a candidate from the report—all before you send the pdf.
